Time Flies So Fast

This is a late post. I was so busy for the past few months being a mother and a wife. Hehehehe. Or I just do not have that inspiration to post a blog or something here. Anyhow, this my babe from age 12 months to 24 months... I just love the idea of compiling her images month to month... she grows! Hahaha!
and this one from 1 month to 12 months...

New Daphne

Hello there! I just want to share this layout that I did just now. Hehehe. It is my Daphne. She's two years old now and that's her new haircut. I call her DoraDaf since she has the same haircut with Dora. She loves Dora by the way... Papers and elements used are from ShabbyPrincess.

I am already hooked!

These are some of the old pages I did early this year. I am already addicted to it.
The pages and elements used were from the generous Digital Scrapbook Artists I found on the web. Next time, if I will do a new layout, I will make sure to include where I got it so I could give credits to them.

My Weekend...

Nothing much really... I am just so inspired to blog nowadays..

The Images there:

I cooked mixed vegetables with chicken. Well, that was the only available ingredient in our fridge that time so I just sauteed it with garlic, onion and tomatoes. I guess the food was yummy because there was no food left after we ate. I cleaned our room. Made sure that there was no dust left. Arranged Daf's hair accessories kit too. You'll see mini magazines there from Yummy... I bought it to have new ideas in cooking... because, you know, I am really having a hard time deciding on what I will cook everyday. Hahaha! You'll see cellphone boxes there too which I have decided to keep for the mean time since it was adding up to the mess that we have on our room. That was a busy Saturday indeed. Sunday was my laundry and ironing clothes day. Whew!

once in your life

I never imagined that I would look like this. I am just so ugly, double chinned and bloated!

Photobucket

But you know what? I really don't care at all... because after 2-3 weeks on that pic, I gave birth to a beautiful child.

This is my Daphne now

Photobucket

and me now...

when you are inspired...

I just want to share this thing that I did last October 20, 2008.

This was 2 years ago... when I still had an ample time to do and finish it. Enjoy viewing it!

Did Some Cooking with a Different Menu

Well it's an ordinary day for me to cook for our lunch, but this time, it was a different menu. Not the type of dish that I would usually cook for an ordinary week day...

I miss the chicken, mashed potato and corn and carrots tandem so that's what I cooked for lunch! It was actually a success because the food tasted so good... :D

I am sharing the recipe of the Mashed Potato... so here! Happy Cooking!

Mashed Potato

5 potatoes (regular size)
1 small can of evaporated milk
butter (1/4 cup)
salt and pepper
parsley (optional)

>Boil the potatoes until tender
>
Drain potatoes well
>Add the milk, butter, salt and pepper and parsley and mash until smooth

I am sharing this recipe because I am just so proud... I never imagined that I could do it on my own. HA HA HA. It was my first time!

Did the Chicken with Adobo Sauce and Corn and Carrots was saute in butter.

It would be better if there's a picture of the mashed potato I did but I forgot... Next time... I'll attach one...

Will definitely post more recipes...

every mother has a beautiful child

Since I am still inspired of making some of this... Here's another one. All the elements used were all downloaded from the web...

Yeah! Next time, I will include the links of those websites so you could use it too.

Dafnee and Spongee

I am really into Digital Scrapbooking lately… so here…

Spongebob is my daughter’s favorite so I did this for her. I know… she would not appreciate it just yet (because she’s only 1 year old). but I know she will… in the coming years maybe… :D

I used photoshop and downloaded the images from the web...
